Age Requirements?

• Residents must be 18 years of age unless residing with a parent or legal guardian.

Utilities?

• Circle at Crosstown connects, but residents pay for water, sewer & trash. Residents connect & pay for electricity, telephone, cable & internet services.

• ista-water/sewer/trash
• Verizon-phone/cable/internet

Laundry Facilities?

• Each apartment is furnished with a full-size washer & dryer.

Need to use a Copier or Fax?

• Offered free as a resident service available in the Circle at Crosstown management office.

Pets?

Parking?

• Circle at Crosstown offers ample parking for residents & their guests. Garages are available for rent. See pricing for details.
