identification. In response to your service request, maintenance
will place a door hanger on your front door while in your apartment
home in the event you are not home. They will leave a response
as to what work was performed and the status of your request. Be
assured that they will make every attempt to correct the problem
the first time.

- After hours, call 813-630-5600 to report a maintenance emergency.
Your call will be taken by our answering service which will immediately
transmit your concern to our maintenance personnel. Maintenance
will respond promptly.
